Residents looking to explore downtown Andover on foot can sign up for a guided walking tour of Upper Central Street on Saturday, July 18, at 10:30 a.m.

The Andover Center for History & Culture is leading the tour, which departs from the center at 97 Main St. Spots are limited to 12 people, and pre-registration is required through the center's website, according to its social media and event listings.

The Upper Central Street route is one of 12 neighborhood walking tours the history center offers across Andover. No other July tour dates were listed on the center's site as of mid-July.

Further into the summer, Asian Fest 2026 is set for Saturday, August 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Central Park on Park Street in downtown Andover.

Apple Tomamichel of Nathika Events LLC, the festival organizer, posted on Instagram that the event will feature Asian and international food, specialty drinks and desserts, and handmade crafts. Tomamichel described the festival as family-friendly.

Vendor applications are open through nathikaevents.com. Nathika Events is also organizing a second Asian Fest on Saturday, August 22, at Newton City Hall.

For the walking tour, register at andoverhistoryandculture.org. The center asks participants to arrive at 97 Main St. before the 10:30 a.m. start. With only 12 spots available, early registration is recommended.
